Being a good steward of resources by managiing fiscal and human resources effectively and keeping laity informed about decisions made and actions taken.
Teaching and Training
Engaing laity in teaching and training members about the church's structure, history, polity, and legislative thrusts.
Increasing Visibility
Making sure there is an impactful recognized presence of District Presidents and their expanded responsibilities.
Inclusive Communication
Revitalizing the "We Speak" Magazine and using a variety of communication methods and tools that meet the diverse needs of the laity and facilitates all voices being heard.
Preserving the Legacy
Partnering with the connectional church to establish a centralized archive for the repository of historical documents that facilitates building upon past knowledge and experience.
Recruiting Young Adults
Implementing strategies that are directed toward outreach to young adults, understanding their needs, and involving them in lay activities.
Self-Sustaining
Establish strategies by which the organization and the Biennial become self-supporting.
Global Outreach
Extending laity support around the world.
Compassionate Leadership
Maintaining a caring and loving God-centered spirit while serving others.
Economic Development
Provide opportunities for laity to develop strategies and take advantage of opportunities that generate funds for the organization.
